Creating an AI-Generated Digital Service Host for Interactive Experiences

Integrating AI that helps generate outcome-driven experiences.

Project Overview

Updated January 7, 2026

The Problem

Digital interactive experiences provide an unparalleled opportunity for organizations to engage, educate and provide training to their communities, whether new hires or students in the classroom. However, the space is challenged because of the sheer time commitment required to create and moderate great user experiences, as well as meet privacy and security requirements.

How We Are Solving It

Goosechase, in collaboration with Urban Capers, The Manitoba Teachers’ Society, Forest Preserve District of Will County and func.media, is using AI to scale up their software’s ability to provide exceptional digital experiences that overcome the time-consuming nature of building these engagements and moderating participant interactions. The project partners are building and integrating an AI experience “coach” that helps with generating personalized, outcome-driven experiences. Another AI moderation agent is being constructed to moderate participant comments and cut down on the time needed to review and filter engagements. The project team is further building out enterprise-grade security infrastructure to protect data from both organizations and participants in these interactive experiences. The project will position Canada as a global leader in interactive experiences, creating technology that no competitor has successfully replicated and capturing opportunities previously beyond reach.
