Leveraging AI to empower educators in creating high-quality, interactive learning experiences for students.

The Problem
Engaging students with interactive content is a proven method to encourage learning and information retention. However, most teachers lack the time and expertise to create quality interactive content for their students. The manual effort required to convert a specific learning outcome into a meaningful interactive experience is extensive, time-consuming and often leads to creator fatigue.
This challenge is universal across various sectors, from education to non-profit and for-profit organizations. A simple-to-use, engaging platform can drastically reduce the effort required to create these experiences, quite literally removing the biggest friction point that exists in the entire interactive experience market.
How We Are Solving It
This use case project focuses on developing an AI Agent within Goosechase’s existing interactive platform which currently enables organizations and schools in over 85 countries to engage, activate and educate their communities through immersive interactive experiences. Since launching at the University of Waterloo in 2011, Goosechase has enabled the creation of over a million experiences. Through the combination of generative AI and expert curation of educational material sourced from over a hundred teachers across partnering school districts throughout North America, the AI Agent will empower educators by helping to create high-quality interactive learning experiences, personalized to fit their needs. By leveraging AI and real-life model training, the platform will offer much-needed experience creation assistance, a major gap in the current interactive experience space.
By making it easier to create and run an interactive experience and learn different subjects, creator fatigue will be minimized or eliminated, making it easier for existing creators to run a multitude of experiences, and increasing the total number of experiences run per customer. By removing previously prohibitive “creative effort” barriers to adoption, the project will be able to access and onboard an entirely new set of users with enriched education experiences.
In addition to the AI Agent, the project will create a case study, adjust business model and develop a global strategy demonstrating the business value of the AI Agent for educators and how it can expand internationally. This use case project will aim to result in the world’s most powerful interactive experience platform for educators, national parks, museums, local municipalities, and enterprise organizations. It will also contribute to positioning Canada as a global leader in the emerging product category of AI Agents to augment human capabilities.
